On some days, we just cannot take a lunch break and must keep going and push on... (not ideal, but that's life!)
So, having one-bite 'meals' handy that can sustain energy AND the ability to eat discreetly is vital! 😃 The minimum prep time is important, too - especially for a hectic morning before leaving home.
These quick bites were 'made' in less than 5 minumtes using what was left in the house. The jars in the picture contain chopped apples, mixed nuts, 90% dark chocolate, goat milk cheese and sesame glissini. 😋
A boiled egg can be great, but the smell is not always appropriate 🫢 it depends on where you can have the bites! Keep some fruit picks and mini spoons in jars so we can eat even if our hands aren't too clean!
Eating healthily can be done effortlessly too! 😉
